As a boutique litigation law firm, Grebow & Rubin LLP helps clients achieve their goals and strives for the best possible outcomes. We devote a significant portion of our practice to manufactured housing law by providing overall representation that includes housing documentation, contracts and other related matters. Our firm also extends services to meet a variety of other legal needs.
Initial consultations whether by phone, email or in person are always without charge.
Grebow & Rubin LLP works with its clients to first seek an amicable settlement of the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation. However, if settlement is not an option, we are prepared to take the case to trial. We litigate cases in California state and appellate courts, Federal courts, and in arbitration. We have a strong knowledge of the law and offer effective and efficient representation at a reasonable cost.
For over 25 years, we have appeared regularly in the local courts to represent our clients - not just their cases. We have represented clients in the following civil litigation matters:
- Contract Disputes
- Residential Mortgage Foreclosures
- Real Property Litigation
- Property Line Disputes
- Business Disputes
- Labor and Employment Cases
- Probate Litigation
- Trust Disputes
California Manufactured Housing and Mobile Home Law
A key component of Grebow & Rubin LLP's practice involves the representation of the manufactured housing industry. We have appeared and advocated either for the community owner or state trade associations for issues affecting the manufactured housing industry in California for the past 25 years. We have extensive experience in every facet in both trial and appellate practice involving manufactured home communities, from class action litigation involving rents and maintenance of communities, Fair Housing and the Americans with Disabilities Act claims, to individual actions involving personal injury and evictions.
However, we view our goal as preventing and protecting our clients from litigation. To that end, we provide a substantial body of information on the law to our clients in seminars and individual communications. We are involved in the state-wide associations of the manufactured housing industry in order to share information on litigation trends and to identify problems that have yet to arise in California. A significant part of our practice involves advice to businesses and individuals on these matters in order to avoid litigation, and resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution procedures before the cost of litigation adversely impacts the business.
